And then, there are 10 questions to answer about these 25 tracks:

1) What artist came up most?
Radiohead

2) Which song do you like most (choose from the list)?
Right now, "Put It Out For Good".

3) What song do you dislike?
Don't know how Celine Dion got on there.

4) Is your favourite artist on the list? (If “No”, what’s your fav’?)
Well, my official favorites, Radiohead and Depeche Mode, are. There are certainly artists that are not represented, however.

5) Your first thought when you look at track 10?
"We are the lawyers and judge all in one - we like to get the trial over with quickly, because it's the sentence that's really the fun!" Which made me think of Dante's Inferno for some reason.

6) Choose from track 4 or track 11, which do you like most?
I have to say... "Addicted." I mean, how can you say no to "I'm a dick, I'm addicted to you?" You can't, that's how.

7) First song you heard of artist 13?
Pretty sure it was "Beautiful People", actually.

8) If you had to pick your favourite artist from this list, who would it be?
See #4.

9) Are there any similarities between track 3 and 19?
They both involve being controlled by something other than yourself?

10) What do you think about number 21?
One of the best soundtracks/themes ever. Period. Double period.

Write your top ten artists or bands and answer the questions below.

1. Radiohead
2. Depeche Mode
3. Sigur Ros
4. Fiona Apple
5. Hole
6. Morcheeba
7. Interpol
8. Tori Amos
9. Massive Attack
10. U2

What was the first song you ever heard by 6?
"What New York Couples Fight About". An amazing, amazing song that reminds me of Goren/Eames of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. This song single-handedly sold me on Morcheeba.

What is your favorite album by number 8?
From the Choirgirl Hotel, no contest.

What is your favorite lyrics of 5?
Ooh, that's hard. How about "is she pretty on the inside, is she pretty from the back?" Although I also really like "miles and miles of perfect skin, I swear I do, I fit right in" and of course "he said, I'm your lover, I'm your friend, I'm pure and he hits me again". Oh God, can I just include "he hit me and it felt like a kiss" even though they didn't write it? And I mean of course, my theme song, "well, I went to school in Olympia... well, what do you do WITH A REVOLUTION?"

How many times have you seen 4 live?
None. I'm bad about that kind of thing.

What is your favorite song by 7?
"Leif Erikson", hands down. For some reason that song really speaks to me. I think that's one of the most romantic songs out there.

Is there a song of 3 that makes you sad?
Hard question? I find most of their music extremely and strangely uplifting, although I guess Flugufrelsarinn's lyrics are kind of sad... actually, Track 4 of ( ), working title "the spy machine", probably comes closest. I named it "at the end of it all". Still, I don't find Sigur Ros sad. Heima is one of the more uplifting movies I've ever seen in my life. I think that's part of why I like Sigur Ros. Because they sing about "the human experience" and yet it's positive in a very non-sentimental way.

What is your favorite lyric of 2?
This one's actually easy, because Depeche Mode for me is more about the sound than the lyrics. I like "promises me I'm as safe as houses, as long as I remember who's wearing the trousers", and "I don't advise and I don't criticize, I just know what I like with my own eyes". Oh, and "I should have known each dress you own is a loaded gun", because it makes me laugh.

What is your favorite song by 9?
Probably "Teardrop" (I know, so cliche, but that song is plainly and truly epic), although I can't let "Mezzanine" pass without mention.

How did you get into 3?
I have no idea. I know Agaetis Byrjun was the first CD I listened to by them... I have a feeling that some guy on the speech team loaned it to me during one of our long tournament bus rides. I can't chart back any further than that.

What is your favorite song by 4?
Fucking impossible?! I guess "Extraordinary Machine", but... oh man, that's really hard. "Criminal" for sentimental value and "A Paper Bag" for right now... "Fast As You Can"...

How many times have you seen 9 live?
I tell you, I don't see bands live. It's not how I roll.

What is a good memory concerning 1?
They are awesome. That is my good memory. WTF.

Is there a song by 8 that makes you sad?
"Winter", obviously.

What is your favourite song by 1?
LOL, are you serious? "Lucky", "Optimistic", "Paranoid Android", "Reckoner", "2+2=5", "Backdrifts", "Bulletproof... I Wish I Was", "Planet Telex", "The Bends", and "There There". Pah.

How did you become a fan of 10?
How did I not become a fan of U2? Actually, I think it was that damn "Beautiful Day", when it was a radio single, although it (and the album it's on) is no longer anywhere near my favorite U2 song.

Another version: top ten favorite artists, and then 1) first song heard by that artist, 2) song that made me "fall in love" with that artist, and 3) current favorite song by that artist.

1. Radiohead
- "Karma Police"
- "There, There"
- "Planet Telex"

2. Depeche Mode
- "Dream On"
- "Enjoy the Silence"
- "Barrel of a Gun"

3. Sigur Ros
- "Svefn-g-englar"
- "Track 08" (the pop song)
- "Myrkur"

4. Fiona Apple
- "Criminal"
- "Extraordinary Machine"
- "A Paper Bag"

5. Hole
- "Celebrity Skin"
- "Reasons to be Beautiful"
- "Rock Star"

6. Morcheeba
- "What New York Couples Fight About"
- "Get Along"
- "Big Calm": "things I used to do with her I now do alone"... is possibly the best lyric of all time.

7. Interpol
- "Untitled"
- "Leif Erikson"
- "Say Hello to the Angels"

8. Tori Amos
- "Little Earthquakes"
- "Cruel"
- "Siren"

9. Massive Attack
- "Angel"
- "Teardrop"
- "Mezzanine"

10. U2
- "Beautiful Day"
- "One" (live, I hate the studio version)
- "Crumbs From Your Table" <-- America's theme song, according to the rest of the world

Here's my (apparently) favorite Billboard song of 2005. How often do I post rap songs? This is a special event.

Speaking of the Game, here's probably my favorite commercial ever. I know it's terrible that I'm posting commercials now, but I really like Atlanta in this. It's like Lincoln. In tone. Obviously there are fewer black people in Lincoln.
