well, classic utilitarianism does give weight to higher and lower pleasures/happiness and pain/unhappiness, like whether it affects your higher mental capacities/soul/whatever or not. Probably doesn't include the afterlife, at least not exactly, though. Ethics is mostly concerned with human actions and thus this life. I don't think they'd, you know, take this scenario seriously.
