My first instinct on the orca one was that it was just toying with her, the way they toy with seal pups - except it didn't seem to want to eat her, like it thought it was just a game. But regardless it's clearly a whale that's not fit for life at SeaWorld. Maybe it's more aggressive or didn't get the trainer-whale contract or what.

I'm with you on taxes. When people write like, "the government is taking our money without our consent!" I'm like, dude, what you really want is to live without government, so go do that, but don't complain about it when you can't get to work on your mud roads.
