OOHHHH. I totally did not get that, but now I do. Yes, I remember your thing about misunderstandings... I don't like 'em either, but then again I don't much like comedy. That's why Hot Fuzz is great. Actually, a lot of absurdist humor doesn't involve misunderstandings (probably by definition?), so whoo.
