Actually, you are the only one of the two of us who has a background in authors who take some aspect of that as their concern. Cross-cutting cleavages is as far as my education goes. And the fact is I haven't thought intellectually about this. I haven't read anything about it or heard lectures about it. My opinions really are based solely on my experience and my upbringing.
