Well, I have to believe in a number of things to have opinions in linguistics and anthro, to want to continue with academics, even. I'm really skeptical, though. I can have faith in something, but it takes awhile to get me there, and when it comes to politics, I tend to be pessimistic. I don't let my 'romantic dreams' win out...
