It must be something in the global currents. I'm actually only a recent Tori fan, and Winter is a recent acquisition. I thought it was beautiful from the first time I heard it, I just happened to really listen to the words yesterday - I think it's the only father-daughter song I own, sadly, which of course makes it mean that much more.
